Token Strategy

Helix uses a **single design token set**. There is no theme switching and no per-brand token variants. All components consume the semantic tokens authored in `packages/helix-ui/src/styles/tokens.css` — the file a consuming app `@import`s, and the one every other token file is reconciled against. `tokens.json` and the pages under `tokens/` mirror it for the site. Use semantic tokens (`bg-primary`, `text-accent-foreground`, etc.) — never hard-coded color values.
